Pumpsets bought before approval, and second-hand pumpsets, are not reimbursed.

- Land record (chitta and adangal)
- Bank account passbook
- Passport size photograph
Deadline
Applications are taken against an annual district target.
How to apply
- Apply at the block or district Agricultural Engineering Department office, or through the department's online portal.
- Wait for the work order or approval before starting the work or buying anything.
- After completion, submit the bills and completion certificate; the subsidy is credited to your bank account.
If rejected
- Ask the block office whether the district target for the year was already exhausted.
- Correct any land-record mismatch and re-apply when the next window opens.
- Ask whether a smaller or different unit under the same scheme can be sanctioned.
