How to apply

Offline application

  • Applications for the establishment of orchards with the latest apple varieties must be submitted to the officers or staff at the Horticulture Mobile team Centres. The application should include land-related documents such as Khasra and Khatauni, along with the applicant’s Aadhaar card, PAN card, Udhyan card, bank account details, and mobile number. Currently, the application process is conducted offline.
  • If a beneficiary faces difficulty in filling out the application, personnel at the respective Horticulture Mobile team Centre will provide assistance. Once submitted, the application is forwarded by the Centre to the district level, which then sends it to the Directorate. Upon approval of the beneficiary’s proposal by the Directorate, a government order is issued authorizing the district to grant approval or work orders accordingly.
  • After acceptance, the district officer sends the beneficiary an approval letter and notifies them via phone. The establishment of the orchards is then carried out in the presence of departmental officials, followed by an on-site inspection. After verification, the subsidy is disbursed directly into the beneficiary’s bank account.
  • Beneficiaries will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
