  1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
  2. The applicant must be engaged in the rearing of cows and/or buffaloes.

How to apply

Offline application

After contacting the nearest veterinary hospital, animal service center, or UPSA center, artificial insemination is carried out. The cattle rearer is not required to submit any documents.
