This page publishes the rate at one named outlet per district under a stated rule, and prints how much of the country that covers. It is a method, not an aggregate, and the outlet is on every row so you can check it.

How this is built

Each district is paired with one outlet, normally in the district headquarters town, and that pairing is recorded with who checked it.
The rate on the row is that outlet's rate. It is not an average of the district, because no such average is published by anyone.
An outlet a long way from your village may charge differently. Treat this as the district benchmark and not as your pump.
Coverage is printed above and will stay below 100% for a long time. A district with no outlet paired is shown as not covered, never estimated.
Rates change after 06:00 in the morning, so a rate collected earlier belongs to the previous day.
