This real work or fake ?
You can sun dry the spent tea leaves and then grind it to fine powder, add some cowdung compost, little bit of neem compost and make growing medium for seeds and cuttings. I happened to make bonsai of small banyan sapling and found that even such small sapling had grown tremendous roots in such porous medium along with its own nutrients. No other medium works this way. It's very similar to cocopeat and can retain moisture and provide oxygen to the roots effectively.
