In Today’s short episode we will show you the formula to prepare the most powerful and 100% organic pesticide by mixing baking soda and other stuff to treat almost every pest in your garden.
Let’s Go 100% Organic! and prepare our most powerful pesticide and fungicide solution to treat almost all types of pests in your garden like the aphids, mealybugs, thrips, mites, whiteflies, worms, caterpillars, soil fungus, plant fungus like powdery mildew, black spot rose disease, leaf rust, leaf miners and what not. You can try this on almost any pest on your affected plant. Please stop using chemical pesticides and even chemical fertilizers and go 100% organic!
Now let’s Prepare our most potent pesticide solution. We just use two or three powerful ingredients in this pesticide recipe.
The First one is of course Baking Soda. Mind you its Baking soda and not baking powder. You should know the difference between baking soda and baking powder. Baking soda is pure sodium bicarbonate. It should not be confused with either baking powder or even washing soda. Washing soda is sodium carbonate and baking powder contains only 30% baking soda along with other ingredients. Some think baking soda is a chemical. No, It comes from earth and 100% organic.
In fact, Baking Soda is registered by the Environmental Protection Agency as a bio-pesticide in United States. So its 100% organic and natural.
In one of my previous episodes last year, we have discussed the miracles of baking soda in your garden like using it as a stand alone pesticide and fungicide, cleaning garden tools and pots, for flowers and lot more.
Before you spray on your entire plant, please perform a patch test on a leaf and leave it for an hour or two to see the potency. If the leaf wilts, you will need to dilute it further.

Beautiful and helpful advise 👍
Can you put citrus in instead of neem? I have trouble with getting ahold of neem. I’d actually like to grow my own neem tree if it’s possible to keep them small enough… the veggie oil is a nice alternative thanks
Tried it quite a few times sometimes it worked most times it didnt. You can also make easy spray from boiling onion skin can add garlic skin as well but onion works just fine. Boil it, cool it and dilute 2:1 with water two cups water one cup concentrate. It keeps for a yr unrefridgerated and ahould apply twice a week in soil and on foliage.
Can also combine minced garlic, minced onion, tablespoon of cyanne or red pepper 1 tsp of paprika ground cinnamon in food processor in cup of water. Then mix with three more cups of water let sit for 12-24hrs strain and spray on soil and plants refrigerate the rest.
Thank you very much!
Will this work on onion fly? I'm having a bit of trouble with them at the minute.
Neem oil is ok. But for spider mites, I wouldn't suggest it. I've seen it enough times. Neem is like steroids for spider mites.
Useful information
I use eucalyptus and peppermint oil for everything. Lately I’ve had bugs in my house due to water standing in my yard. Yesterday I put baking soda on my floor about to clean it up. However I’m about to make this recipe and spray in my home, couch, bed etc. I had Indian moths and the larvae are treacherous, mealy bugs, drain flies, fungus gnats etc. I live in the country and I am not a country girl lol. As a veteran I spent a lot of time in the woods but what I’m experiencing is NOT NORMAL. Exterminators want to charge $6k which is outrageous since they can’t prove to me they know what they’re doing. I am going to do a free inspection for termites. I have a plumbing contractor coming that I found on HOME DEPOT RESOURCES to check my septic tank and see if I have leaks somewhere. But I’m going for the 2nd opinion before I put out $6k. However on the inside I’m going to use the recipe to see if that helps. Ty for your information ❤
Wow beautiful
How – and Why – is it 'secret'?
Hi! What exactly can hurt pollinators? Eucalyptus essential oil or neem oil, or vegetable oil or baking soda? Thanks
😊😊😊
Thank you for a great video. Just what I needed for the leaf miners!
2 Peter 3:18 KJV
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
John 3:16 KJV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 14:6 KJV

2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Romans 10:9 KJV
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Can soda be used to regulate the PH of water?

How to use
Does it leave a baking soda residue on your leaves?
Has anyone used this on Army worms?
Thanks for the video.
After mixing up a large amount of this solution how long can I store it for? Does it have a shelf life or should you just make up what your going to use for that spray session and throw away any that's leftover? Oh and another question: in the video it shows that he's only using 10 drops of natural liquid soap in the solution but in the comments it says to use 1 tsp? Which is correct?
Ok, it looks no one is going to answer the question i asked in my previous post in the comments here. I did some searching and found this info that I'm going to trust. And I'm going to share this in case someone has the same concerns and can't find that info here like I could not. Here it is:
"* Don’t store the neem oil mixture as its effectiveness will reduce after 40 minutes of mixing with the water and soap. Discard the remaining oil spray mixture when done spraying."
I did this and it looks like it cleared up instantly..
Is this effective on removing grasshoppers
Detergent is not good for plants, if not rinsed off soon after an application. It will clog the pores of the plant.
Thank you for sharing. God bless you always 💖 🙏 🙏!!!!
Can I also include alcohol in this mixture?
should we spray in the morning or evening
Seems to be good, will try. Your way of expression is highly appreciable.
Okay…at 2:10, it is listed to use 1 tsp baking soda; but at 3:06 to use 2 tsp baking soda. Which should we use?
Hi please can you tell me about my Apple tree all leaves are brown and flowers fell out what i can do answer me please
Thank you for this video. I will try this tonight. You’re a gardener’s blessing. I’ll take look at your other videos and share this one as much as possible to my fellow novice gardeners. ❤
Dish Soap water and oil works extremely well. Very important that you apply early in the morning or in the later evening. As the oil will cause your plant foliage to fry in the hot sun. I spray my plants and leave the application for 15 to 20 minutes and then I lightly spray off. Works well make sure you cover the entire plant foliage top and Underside. The oil suffocates the infestation and the soap is utilized to clean and treat the damaged leaves and stems. If your plant looks like it has black mold this is caused from the whitefly and we'll suffocate your plant. It is important to spray thoroughly with water after 15 minutes to remove the suet mold.
what does neem oil taste like? i sprayed my kale. can i eat it?
Lol
Already tried it
Efficient and friendly for my pets
Don't use on Marijuana plants!
