Egg shells are v complex calcium carb. It takes almost 3 months to decompose in soil n release its content.
So this is completely wrong procedure.
Best is to make kitchen compost with leather leaves extract n mix it with egg shell powder n let them decompose for one month. Then, add this compost to fruit trees, vegetable beds n flower pots!!!
