Kadhipatta tends to grow and spread. I repotted mine from a small pot to a medium-large-XL but it still demanded more space. So now I keep it in a medium pot, repot it once after 2 years and change the plant altogether at 4 years. It starts giving new sprouts as it matures. I replace the old tree with the new sprout
